WAIVERS & CONTRACTS Waivers & Contracts are due to be digitally signed off via TeamSnap at time of registration. Please review together with your cheerleader so she understands team rules & expectations, as some violations may be cause for removal from the team.
Liability Waiver needs to be printed, signed and uploaded back to your players profile.
NEW Cheerleaders only: Medical Waiver must also be signed by your child's physician and uploaded to TeamSnap before camp on Aug 10th to participate.

RETURNING GIRL NOTES: Briefs, Shoes, Poms, Bags, Leggings, Jackets and Bows are not required for purchase again if you can still wear yours from last year. 8th Grade is wearing the same navy color midi as last season and is not required to purchase one again unless they want to. If you are purchasing additional items it is recommended to purchase in 1 transaction to avoid multiple shipping/handling fees.

REPLACEMENT JACKETS & LEGGINGS: We use a different vendor altogether for these items so if you need new ones will need to list your new sizes on your fitting sheet and pay $45 for jkt, and $34 for leggings by the time you are fitted, via cash, check , venmo @LorannCunningham, cash app $LorannCunningham or select the "sending to a friend" option in paypal www.paypal.me/JrPatriotsCheer. These will be ordered in one bulk order, and cannot be ordered online.

STEP 4. ATTEND MANDATORY UNIFORM FITTING
Monday May 20th 4-7pm Southwest Middle School
You will need to try on all sample uniform pieces. Wear a sports bra and compression shorts or leotard so that you can try uniforms over them. EVERYONE MUST BE SIZED FOR NEW T SHIRTS.
Choose sizes carefully as there is a new policy change with our vendor.
No returns/refunds, exchanges only. A responsible adult must attend with you to sign off on sizes. ( Preferably a female since there will be public changing.) NEW THIS YEAR: We are offering an optional Team Sweatshirt. If you are ordering one, you must list your size on the fitting sheet and select the "+Optional $20 Hoodie link" when paying your team fees above.

FITTING DATE CONFLICTS: We only have 1 Mandatory Fitting date scheduled this year. If you have an unavoidable conflict you must contact Lorann to try to make alternate arrangements to be fitted BEFORE the 20th as once registration closes on the 20th the Uniform Samples will be shipped back immediately following.
