PRACTICE  INFO

Practices are mandatory  in order to participate at games, and will begin in August at Southwest Middle School on Thursdays from 6:30-8pm (pending district approval.)

Practices will be led by the South High Cheerleaders. Parent Reps will be present at every practice. You must RSVP/mark your availability for practices and games on the TEAMSNAP app.

We will begin with warm ups followed by jumps practice, and then team sideline cheers, & halftime material will be reviewed.

Practice T shirts will be provided, and must be worn each week,  alternating colors every other week. Cheerleaders must provide their own SOLID black shorts with at least a 4 inch inseam, and hair, when possible must be pulled  into a high ponytail

Water breaks will be provided, cheerleaders should bring their own water bottle.

CELL PHONES MUST BE  STOWED AWAY DURING PRACTICE.

Spectators are NOT permitted at  practice.
