This form will be used to gauge interest and to communicate future registration updates and deadlines to interested families. PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE FORM PER PARTICIPANT.This form does not substitute for registration in our program and if you change your mind about participating you can be easily removed from the list.

Your incoming 6th, 7th, or 8th grade cheerleader must be attending South or Southwest Middle in Fall of 2025 to be eligible to participate in our program. Please make sure to fill out this form adding ALL EMAILS who wish to stay informed regarding registration deadlines, info and important updates.

Registration Information Meeting Date TBD sometime in early April at Southwest Middle School and will be communicated via the email information you include.

(Parents and cheerleaders welcome) If you are interested in cheering please attend. No obligation to join. Registration will open immediately following the meeting.

JOIN JUNIOR PATRIOTS SOCIAL CLUB 

The JPSC is a group of enthusiastic parents whose goal is to build community, grow team spirit & bring our Cheer & Football families together through social events & team activities!
